By using the Gamemaster Discord bot ("the Bot") or the Gamemaster website ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Gamemaster provides interactive mini-games and economy features for Discord servers. The service includes both free and premium features.

3. Premium Purchases

Premium purchases are one-time payments and are non-refundable. Premium activates on a per-server basis. Lifetime plans do not expire; timed plans expire after the stated duration.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to abuse, exploit, or misuse the Bot or its services. Automated or fraudulent use is prohibited.

5. Data Collection

We collect minimal data necessary to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gamemaster is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
